The distribution IS predetermined, but you'd be wrong to jump to the 
conclusion that there is coupling between the particles that produces 
that. As mentioned earlier, the SELF-interference of the electron 
predetermines this pattern. It would be wrong to conclude that if each 
and every electron interferes with itself, then they would land in the 
same spot every time.
