I can see where you got the mis-information on Plasma, this guy is wrong on it extending so far down into the atmosphere, to jet streams. Aurora Borealis is your plasma particals slamming into the atmosphere recombining with O or N for study tonight, read up on the ionosphere, how it is created, and how it fluxuates up and down.
