I guess I was unclear. I meant the receiver boxes, like the Zgemma H7S 
and so on, have been known to die in the first few months of use.

And after a few years I had to re-apply thermal compound between the 
processor and the heatsink, which was quite fiddly to do since the 
heatsink was held on with thick, tight fitting, slightly springy wires 
soldered through hole to the PCB.
