I've long had a plan to solve the "immigration problem" by simply having 
Congress pass a bill that say any Mexican state that votes to secede 
from Mexico will happily be accepted as one of our new 50+ states!

No more worries about the "wall" or who is going to pick lettuce or 
sanctuary cities or illegal aliens not paying taxes. Win-win.
