their water was too acid, and it ate the pipes and put lead into the 
water where it accumlated into their baby alien brains, and they all got 
stupider, because this all took several hundred years, then they were 
growing tobacco using irragation of the acid water, and all started 
smoking, and they got stupider, and all that smoke and co2 wasnt used by 
the plants up there, only the small number of tobacco plants they had, I 
think about 15.
