The "best" one for me was afriend of mine had set up a new email account 
and he called me for help as it was not working. After going through the 
whole thing with him on the phone and seeing nothing wrong...I finally 
went over to his house.

instead of using the "@" sign he at spelled out the word "at" .

He then told me " I guess that was a dumb mistake, wasn't it?"
