I already explained an event horizon to you. Remember the waterfall and

Or maybe it's something simpler, already described, which you seem to 
have a hard time grasping and so you're substituting something else that

How does the star arm on the OUTSIDE of the even horizon get influenced 
by something INSIDE the event horizon? Hmmmmm?
