|I will assume two positive repulsive charges equal a gravity attractive 
force therefore in balance at rest. The conventional physics response is 
both gravity and a coulomb force are divided by the square of the distance. 
For this reason the balance of force remains if one or both are moving.

Well, wrong. Conventional physics would rather say the balance
is ruined. Magnetism, have you heard about it?

| As far as relativity is concerned the laws of physics are the same for all 
FoR so the balance of force still remain the same. I suspect you already 
knew the answer so why did you ask?

Because it's only one answer of two inconsistent answers The Shit
is giving for this question.
On one hand, it's obvious, but on the other gravity somehow
don't want to be hadled with e-m equations multiplied by a constant.
