Understood. A strong will is necessary attribute for a leader. But the 
problem with our country is that we mistake a "strong will" with -- "You 
do what we tell you do." We think we're entitled to run the world. I 
don't want our new president to be a wannabe world emperor, I want him/
her to be the president of the United States. Someone who understands 
that other countries have sovereign rights as well. That other people 
have the right to self-determination without covert (or overt) pressure 
from us. And that we, in the United States, must also obey international 
law. This is all in dealing with other countries. The same is true when 
dealing with states, counties and cities. The Federal Government does not 
have the right force mandates on other government entities. The most 
restricted authority in our country *should* be the Federal government. 
That's what the Constitution was all about, restricting the power of 
Federal government.
