You put black tape over the front camera then start the count. For Americium-241 it is about 20 hits a minute. Not bad for free. As to microwave , 2.5 GHz , it is too low in energy per photon to do any real damage. Microwave oven at 1000 watts at best just warms water up. 2.5 GHz WIFI , bluetooth , xbee in the 5 to 100 m watts range is zip nada zero. > There is no way selectively determine 241Am by iphone.
