He is lying By 1987 there was no OpenSource unix around, they were all commercial. And they were expensive. Snit Michael Glasser would never have the means to buy a MacIntosh then, plus a machine powerful enough to run a Unix of that time. The Mac would have been expensive enough, but a Unix machine (with the price of a commercial Unix) would have been way past his limited "funds" he was leeching off his wife. And what would he have used it for? The Unix machines of that time were nothing a idiot like that Glasser swine would have had any use for. And he could not (and still can't) program his way out of a wet paper bag. So that route was also not available to him I know how the Unix of that time looked. I worked professionally with Unix machines (also with the only Multics machine in germany) and I had a Unix machine at home, running a MicroPort Unix. X11 was released in September 1987, the previous X version X10 was incompatible to it. But it was still commercial, and the configuration would have been *way* beyond the capabilities of the "worst IT teacher of all time"
