Pyqt is my favorite for GUIs.
I've only used it on Linux, but I believe it will work just about
anywhere.

You'll, of course, have to learn Python, but I think it was worth it for
me.  I've looked at the equivalent code in C++/Qt, and I really don't
want to go there.
