...is 0. And you newer change it.
"spaces" is not a formula, it it just a number,
it won't change when you change height or number.

So you want the same number of spaces , i.e. 0
every time? No , you want how many spaces?
spaces = row - 1;
Or, you can...

Do you want spaces betwen "#"?
No. So print onlt "#"
