A good plan always has a backup, in case the primary plan doesn't work. Perhaps WTC 7 was supposed to fall that morning too, but when it didn't collapse on schedule, they had to had to improvise, and that took more time. I'm sure the feds will get better at making their false flags look realistic. As practice makes perfect. And they now desperately need a reason to start WW3, as the economy is starting to really fall apart.
