I suspect the reason you won't find what you want anywhere else is that UPS aren't common anyway (where do you find 240v ones outside data centres and places running specialist fault-tolerant kit. Now consider that the RPi and other small systems such as the Beagleboard are a tiny market compared with mains powered kit.
