Ah be, se gli impedisce di uscire in rete verso una porta 119...
Può essere che Kas abbia autorizzato la vecchia versione perché era già 
presente quando lo hai installato, mentre ne blocchi la nuova perché trova 
una 'firma' diversa per un eseguibile con lo stesso nome.
Controlla nei log di Kas.
