Nel mio notebookDell G7 non ho visto mai o non ricordo di aver visto 
una opzione del genere.

Anche io ho cercato di portare sempre al massimo le prestazioni del NB 
e negli anni ho trovato quanto scrivo qui sotto: si tratta di attivare 
"Prestazioni Eccellenti", in qualche modo poco descritto.

Nel mio notebook funziona anche con Win11, e le prestazioni massime le 
vedo quando attivo l'antivirus per una scansione totale.

Ricopio pari pari dai miei appunti vecchi di anni:
Le "x" mi dicono solo se lo ho fatto o no... :-)

	x	Prestazioni Eccellenti fare come segue
		In sintesi fare solo i passi 4 e 5
			1-Nella chiave 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Power\User\PowerSchemes
			  sono indicati tutti i profili di Risparmio Energia possibili.
			  Se mancano profili, in systray click sinistro sulla batteria e 
muovere il cursore tutto a destra;
			2-dare poi il comando
			  powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61 da 
Admin
			3-Individuare quello voluto guardando il messaggio presente nella 
sezione di destra
			  per esempio il "Prestazioni Eccellenti"  individuata da 
e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61
		x	4-Da Prompt amministrativo dare il comando
			  powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61
			  Ne risulta un messaggio come questo
			  "GUID combinazione risparmio energia: 
cd90082b-0833-4b3d-9fdc-840ab876fb2b  (Prestazioni eccellenti)"
			  Occhio che il codice cd90082b-0833-4b3d-9fdc-840ab876fb2b varia di 
sessione in sessione
		x	5-Nel caso sopra esposto dare il comando:
			  powercfg -setactive cd90082b-0833-4b3d-9fdc-840ab876fb2b
			  Quando è attivato si vede il cambiamento di luminosità dello 
schermo e in
			  Pannello di controllo\Tutti gli elementi del Pannello di 
controllo\Opzioni risparmio energia è presente il nuovo profilo
