In realtà i server "custom" si possono già aggiungere, e con tutte le 
opzioni — nome, host, porta, SSL, STARTTLS, utente, password, identità 
dedicata, override dell'autenticazione non cifrata.
L'elenco dei preimpostati non è un vincolo: è solo un menu 
"suggerimento" che precompila i campi.
Andarlo a rendere editabile, oltre che piuttosto complesso (non XML, ma 
eventualmente con JSON che già uso) e superfluo in quanto, allo stato 
attuale, il backup esporta e reimporta i server (con le password 
cifrate).
