The fact that I use a bit of poetic license which you describe as 
'twisting', in no way mitigates the fact that you are a liar.

Here are your choices:

1) Quit. (You tried this, it didn't last)

2) Man up, stop whining and just continue on as usual.

3) Tell the truth from now on. (Very low order of probability)
