For testing, I've set my border width to "thick" and the style to "dotted", the cyan and yellow colours are mine, chosen to stand-out from a dark background. <http://andyburns.uk/misc/TB-quote-bar.png> But I can't see anything that gets updated within prefs.js or extension-settings.json
