That's true, but the dot-parser example will produce much worse code than 
with a direct compilation and postpoining method.  My proposal would be to 
have a defining word for recognizers which takes the lit-like and the run-
time action, and produces the three (interpretation+compilation+postpoining) 
xts, and then is easier to use.

Forthermore, and that's important: This approach does not work on the 
dictionary lookup, and only works with the dot parser if the parsed method 
has default compilation semantics (which is not warranted at all).
