   First question is which page are you expecting the user to end up on? 
Second, can you clarify what you mean by 'I need to send a value to 
page1 and another value to page2?' What does page2 do? If page2 only 
processes some data and never displays anything you could do it in 
reverse by sending the two values to page2, process the data and then 
redirect the page back to page1 (with value) like:

<a href="page2.php?p1=value1&p2=value2">Click Here</a>

Page2
  p1 = $_GET['p1']
  p2 = $_GET['p2']
  //Sanitize variables
  //Process p2
  Redirect -> header("Location: http://example.com/Page1.php?p1=$p1");
