The IIc+ will be a tiny bit faster. All (other) things being equal, not a ton of time is spent outside of things with constant speed: the serial link and the floppy driver/firmware/hardware. But the IIc+ will move the bits around in memory faster than the IIc. Will you notice it? Maybe not a lot. Why not test and share your results?
