Learned its keyboard mappings years ago (approaching 20 some years ago now) and so changing to something else involves a lot of unlearning built in muscle memory. Since it still works, and works just fine, and usenet is supposed to be text anyway, why change to something else. And, being text/console, it runs inside a screen session (with about 14 other text sessions for other stuff) that I simply reconnect to from whichever machine/location I'm accessing it from at the moment.
