2015 seemed to start a boom inproperties really accereating in growth,
which was not surprisyng as private sector declined housing sector was
growing.

Griffith not yet inpacted not enofe sales and not a housing investment
area.
People buy there to work and live with few as investment properties.

Luxury homes in Sydney are not bought as investment homes, they to are
bought by wealthy for living in.
The Rental market homes, were investment properties.
Not now under latest CGT rules

$400K income is needed as you move closer to Sydney where homes are
more expensive.

$200K income is more innerwest/inner southwest where homes are less
expensive.

Just saw where media want AI to monitor Federal Parliament from press
gallery.
The Ultimate Fact-Checker:
Imagine an AI listening to a parliamentary debate or a closed
committee meeting.
Instead of writing notes, it instantly pops up text on a screen
showing:
"This statement contradicts the funding report signed on Tuesday," or
"This policy clause matches a draft provided by a corporate lobbyist
last month."
The Resistance:
Many politicians fight against total transparency because keeping
things vague is how backroom compromises are made.
Using AI to automate bureaucratic paperwork and clear out
administrative waste is a great first step.
Using AI as a tool to force real-time honesty on the people we elect
would be the ultimate way to "keep the bastards honest.

Canberras press gallery could start ball rolling?

The Canberra Press Gallery is the absolute perfect place to start a
ball rolling like this.

Our Australian commonwealth has survived numerous recessions, one
major depression, and two world wars.
Doubt if it will survive under a Albanese Labor Government.
