Just a nit-pick. You can't *initialize* after the definition. You can
only *initialize* at the moment of definition. So, for instance,
A a123 = { 1,2,3 };
would be "initialize", and whatever you do before calling 'memcpy' ought
to be called "give value" or "assign to" or something like that.

a2 = a1;
is called "copy-assignment", and it's performed as *member-wise*
assignment, which for members which are arrays means, in turn,
element-wise assignment.
Next time, do your own homework by *reading your textbook* and thinking,
please.
