It's likely to "work" if the size doesn't exceed INT_MAX, and if size_t
and int arguments are passed to printf in a sufficiently similar way.
On the other hand, if you use "%zu" it just works (unless you're using
an old runtime library that doesn't support it, and in that case you can
use a cast).
