No, there is a very obvious camera in the center of the stage, and I said at 
the beginning of the conference that I will put the stuff online.

German law also bases on "implied action".  That means you don't need all 
those legal documents as long as your implied actions are consistent.  This 
is a conference, and all participants know that the conference proceedings 
will be published.  People who hold talks do want to publish them.  This 
year we did video-tape for the first time, but it was very obvious for all 
participants that this was for publishing, too.

I see this videos as service for both the public and the presenters: If you 
did a presentation, watch your video, and figure out what and where to 
improve.

That sounds like a world where you can achieve nothing.
