This is still about gmail:smtp TLS/SSL.

`links gmail.com` shows me the traces while it's 'doing SSL'.
So that means my system HAS a working SSL system.

`apropos ssl | wc -l` == 290  Plenty stuff !!
That's why I refuse to "buy yourself a ding-dong".

`pstree` shows a ssh.  I don't think that's it.
I don't know ssl and I suspect most others just mouth the words.

Is there some way to 'capture a trace' of what processes `links`
used?  Or what?
