I have no idea. I use my own library and my own autosuggest widget.

Er... yes. Mine look something like that. Though the WHERE clause makes
more sense with my_field LIKE '{$input}%' - Naturally, the $input value
has to be validated before processing. Get the query result, encode it
properly as whatever your library prefers (I suppose JSON). Return the
JSON string. Firebug can tell you all those details.
