According to Gasbuddy.com that station still charges $5.89 today.  Also
according to Gasbuddy, it's surrounded by stations charging $3.89, so we
can assume there's something "special" about that station that allows
them to charge 50% more than their competitors- closest to an
airport/rental car return, only station on a resort property (Disney,
perhaps?), etc.

Price gouging and opportunism isn't a democratic or republican issue. 
Unless you think that $7 beer and $5 hot dog at the football stadium is
also somehow Obama's fault?
