if you haven't done so already, go to the Samsung website and see if you can 
d/l a maintenance manual. Not sure what Samsung has available....know you 
can do it with a Dell
BTW I have a used Dell C400 that had weak wireless and upon lifting the 
keyboard I found that one of the two antenna wires had come loose from the 
wireless card
