Using the containers library (and if your file fits in memory)

	}
	strCollection *data = istrCollection.CreateFromFile(argv[1]);
	if (data == NULL) return -1;
	istrCollection.RemoveRange(data,0,atoi(argv[2]));
	istrCollection.WriteToFile(data,argv[1]);
	istrCollection.Finalize(data);
}
