I want to transfer email data from one domain (server A) to another domain (server B), ie inbox, sent, spam folders. In MS Oulook I set up 2 IMAP accounts; one points to server A, another server B. I then drag, say the content of inbox (on A), to the inbox on server B. I must say I do not know much about this protocol. Qestion: Does the data go directly from server A to server B ? Or the data comes to the pc running MS Outlook and then get transferred to server B ? Thanks.
