Hi AJL! I have Gateway restore discs, but I was curious about these 
restore discs from www.restoredisks.com. As Bill stated it had taken him 
7 hours to install. These are not from the manufacture, so they are not 
the same. Most of them sell for $26.99 I believe. Although they really 
appear to do a very good job to get your computer back to a factory state.

Another thing unusual about these www.restoredisks.com discs is they 
appear to also include the Recovery Console. Which most branded OEM 
Windows discs do not. Almost always non-branded and retail versions of 
Windows are the only ones that include this. Although Dell OEM discs 
usually do.

P.S. Did you see the post from Cass_2000 yet? Maybe you can help them.
