Hello Hauke Reddmann,
The easiest way to do this elegantly is with Apply[] or Map[] which
takes a list and makes each element the domain of a function. The
result is also a list. For example,
f[vect_]:={Polygon[...make a triangle...]}
Apply[f[#]&,L]
