I love simulations. What would make me a little bit nervous is the small 
oscillation at ~235kHz.
Doubling the output C silences it but I tried to add small C's here and 
there and it only got worse. Not even the frequency changes notably.
So I wonder what determines the frequency? The rise time of the OpAmp?
A better idea how to silence it anyone?
