That didn't actually help me yet.  The ancient dell used Broadcom for 
the ethernet and Intel for the wifi.  AntiX on the lenovo recognizes the 
broadcom and uses the wl driver instead of the bcm-pci-bridge and finds 
the SSID.  Oops.  I guess I should've checked to see if it could connect 
properly.  Later.
