The country were I live is not Prussia.

In fact Prussia does not exist anymore since roughly 150 years.

The current name of the nation is "Federal Republic of Germany".

A main difference between Prussia and Germany: Prussia was a monarchy
and Germany is a republic.

We have also no king or aristocracy in Germany.

In former times, when there still were aristocrats, they had developed
the idea of 'education' for what now call 'learning'.

The young aristocrats were told how to rule and all the others how to serve.

This has nothing to do with distribution of knowledge, but with
education ('to learn where the place in the society is').

The methods used in Prussia were mainly force, like physical punishment.

The US educational system has dropped this a bit, but still uses
propaganda for the same purpose.
