In plasma this has changed name to be Appearance/Colours

At least the default themes seems to be located in
/usr/share/plasma/look-and-feel/ and may be easy to mess things up so
good idea is to take a backup of the theme before trying to adjust.

Think it was more adjustable in KDE4 than it's in plasma5...
