I will say I have initiated NOTHING and only respond to their messages. 
And when I say "they" I may mean one person or more.

If you want to know more, talk to your family about their concerns. They 
fact you focus on ME about EVERYTHING in your life is a big part of your 
problem. Your family should be more important to you than I am.

cannot use reason to show the message to be wrong so they try to feel 
somehow superior by attacking the messenger.
