The scuttle butt around the hospital was that he whored his good looking wife out for gang bangs where anonymous men would fuck her without a condom and after the multiple men, like 20+ or more, were done with her, he would clean her out with his tongue and then be the last to fuck her. Word got around the hospital and he was fired. It was too bad because aside from his strange hobby, he was an excellent doctor. Go figure.
