Visible steam?  What chilling are you hypothesizing to chill the water
vapour back down to water droplets?  Water vapor is invisible in the
spectrum we see.

I bet S*H*A*W*N* has better knowledge of thermodynamics than you
appear to have (presuming you to not be a troll - something I to to
