I'm looking for a simple VBA approach to combine multiple row values into one row.

Example:

Two Columns:  
Who    What
one    one_1
one    one_2
one    one_3
two    two_1
two    two_2
two    two_3
three  three_1
three  three_2
three  three_3

Objective:

Who    What
one    one_1, one_2, one_3
two    two_1, two_2, two_3
three  three_1, three_2, three_3
