No, since the water is gone (now!).

'Liquid water on Mars' does not say, there is water now (of any kind), 
but there are hints, that the surface Mars was once covered with liquid 
water.

Maybe there is some water left somewhere on/inside Mars. But in this 
case the water would be ice (most likely).

And certainly it is stronger polluted than you want your drinks would be.
