The bill the off-topic spaming ass hat's cut and paste mentions has
nothing to do with electric generation with coal in California, which
is less than 1%. The major source is natural gas.

It is actually about the state's pension fund being politically correct.

The last time they tried something like this, the pension fund took
a big hit.
