'Psychiatry' is a part of medicine, not of physics.

The purpose of medicine is to help people with certain physical 
malfunctions of their body and not to decide a question in politics or 
science.

There has been - nevertheless - a misuse of psychiatry in the former 
Soviet Union, by then ruling criminals called 'Bolsheviks'.

These have been the scum of the Earth and the greatest mass-murders in 
all of human history. Among their many deeds was the misuse of 
psychiatry to silence dissidents.
