Are using the Monitor for testing? When you switch that area to RAM, the
Monitor disappears, and the Apple will hang. You should copy the Monitor ROM
into Language Card RAM beforehand.

I used to have the commands memorized to do this, but I'm sure someone else
can fill in what I've forgotten.
