Can't see them winning the whole ball of wax that way myself.

They haven't even managed to get close to what Airbus had
achieved with the use of AI in heavy aircraft or anything like
it either, for various reasons. Same with cars and smartphones.

The problem is that you need to have cutting edge industries that
can usefully use that stuff to get anywhere with it and Russia doesn't.

I can't even think of a single Russian app that dominates
the entire world in its area that most use.
