Job Title: Business Operational ETL Data Analyst 
Location : Milwaukee, WI, 53202, USA
Job Type : Contract 
Duration : 6 Months Contract to Hire 


Description
This role will work closely with our business and technical team partners to provide support to our internal and external clients through the oversight of our application use and workflow.  The position will include research, analysis, review, development, implementation, and monitoring of new and revised systems and system processes.  Successful candidate will interact with internal and external resources to ensure successful completion, installation and implementation in accordance with our clients’ needs. We are seeking strong, self-motivated candidates with a proven track record for this challenging and rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Active participation with the management of the availability, usability, integrity and security of business data. 
• Support existing business users by investigating and resolving application errors and data discrepancies
• Development or customization of application reporting initiated by client requests. 
• Business application end user functional expertise and support.
• Assists in developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of the business's current technology from a functional perspective.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, finance or accounting 
• 5+ years of degree related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience 
• Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting, making verbal and written presentations 
• Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, execute test cases, track test issues and report on test results 
• Ability to learn with attention to detail
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and ad hoc reporting applications
• Experience in business process data flow management activities
• Familiarity with database and data management including data transformations (ETL) concepts
• Exposure to and use of Data Governance Tools
• General understanding of the investment management industry.
